We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainee (Probationary) Officers. This position is designed for recent graduates from various academic backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow within our organization. Trainees will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience across different departments or sections, providing a solid foundation for a successful career in the relevant fields or departments, e.g., finance, accounts, sales, marketing, operations, human resources, trade, customer support, supply chain, information and communication technology, design, construction, legal, survey, and land development.

• Participate in a structured training program to learn about company operations and procedures.
• Assist in daily tasks and projects within assigned departments or sections, gaining practical experience.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Support the team in administrative duties, reporting, and data entry as needed.
• Attend workshops and training sessions to develop professional skills and knowledge.
• Provide feedback on the training experience and suggest areas for improvement.
• Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the Line Authority or Honorable Management Authority.

• Age at least 21 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous internship or relevant experience is a plus but not required.
