The position will be responsible for overseeing and conducting investigations into potential misconduct, fraud, compliance violations, and security breaches across the group's various Strategic Business Units (SBUs). The role is pivotal in ensuring that the company operates within the appropriate legal and regulatory frameworks and that risks are promptly identified, addressed, and mitigated.

• Lead investigations into fraud, employee misconduct, and other suspicious activities across the group’s companies.
• Gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and analyzing data related to suspicious transactions or behaviors.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, while identifying risks and vulnerabilities in company operations.
• Provide recommendations to strengthen internal controls and prepare detailed reports on investigation findings, suggesting corrective actions or disciplinary measures to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments and external regulatory authorities to resolve issues.
• Additionally, ensure proper security protocols for asset management and regularly audit physical properties and financial processes.
• Conduct internal training sessions to educate employees on compliance policies, fraud prevention, and reporting channels.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and report directly to management.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
