Responsibilities
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify business opportunities and scopes within the ICT domain.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities using data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance current business processes.
Strategy Development:
- Develop research-based strategies to enhance business operations, improve efficiency, and drive innovation, all while aligning with the company's mission, vision and strategic objectives.
- Formulate guidelines and provide actionable recommendations that foster business growth and support the organization's long-term goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments including ICT, sales & marketing, finance & accounts, and relevant others to gather insights and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to gather information, understand their needs, and integrate them into unified business strategies to achieve common goals.
Policy & Guideline Formulation:
- Develop and set guidelines, policies, and procedures that support the strategic initiatives of the organization.
- Ensure that all recommended actions adhere to industry regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Strategic Decision Support & Implementation:
- Provide senior management with data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and investments, and recommend innovative solutions to boost business performance and align with long-term goals.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and findings while assisting in the effective implementation of approved strategies.
Continuous Improvement & Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making necessary adjustments, and prepare detailed reports and presentations for management that summarize research findings, proposed strategies, and their impact.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in the ICT field to continuously introduce innovative ideas to the organization.
