One Direction Companies Limited is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity and technical skills in graphic design. This role will involve working on a variety of design projects, including branding, marketing materials, digital content and more.

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for various platforms, including web, print and social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.
• Work on a range of projects including brochures, posters, advertisements, infographics and social media graphics.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools and technologies.
• Any assignment assigned by the superior authority.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of UX and UI design best practices.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design styles and projects.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography and layout design.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
