• Assist in the development, testing and implementation of software applications.
• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software and other systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software and network systems.
• Conduct research and provide support for IT projects.

• Document processes and assist in creating user guides and manuals.
