We are looking for a sincere candidate for the position of Executive Officer of the Land & Legal Department for one Direction Companies Limited.

• To operate Digital survey machine.
• To prepare layout, fly level, level (pre & post works), plot survey, topographic survey, built survey, mauza map comparing, area calculation etc. report through digital survey machine.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, including field notes, maps, and legal descriptions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with government agencies, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.
• To be prepared to accept any other assignment given by the Head of the department.

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Good command of office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Auto Cad Design Software etc.)
• Must have sufficient knowledge in land registration, land law, deed of agreement, Parcha, Map, Mouza, Mutation etc.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
