To review and design architectural and engineering plans for the project.
To prepare & monitor interior and exterior architectural drawings and design.
To conduct meetings with clients, stakeholders and top management.
Drafting building plans for different construction projects.
To prepare presentations on project management.
To supervise project development and site coordination.
Monitor other architects' work and make recommendations or schedule workshops as required.
Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications.
Conducting a final inspection after the project is complete.
To carry out any other tasks given by the management.

Age at least 35 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply.
Must have relevant experience in luxurious houses, renowned hotels, commercial buildings, and industrial construction projects designing and drafting plans.
An impressive portfolio and several years of working record as a lead or project architect.
Advanced in-depth understanding of CAD, SketchUp and AutoCAD software.
Applicants should have sound knowledge of modern architecture and interior design of an interior and exterior drawing.
Network and consult with various industry professionals.
Advanced project management skills.
Knowledge of construction costs and time frames.
Visiting construction sites and supervising time-to-time.
