One Direction Companies Ltd. invites experienced candidates for the position of Site Supervisor (Construction-Civil).

• To supervise construction and other works according to the approved drawing and design.
• To prepare a work schedule and monitor project works according to the schedule.
• Coordinate the projects and follow up on the work progress according to the construction plans in collaboration with the project in charge, Architect, Structural Engineer, and other responsible persons.
• To analyze project costs and prepare BoQ.
• To ensure safety and security measures that are arranged for maintenance at project sites.
• Prepare daily and monthly progress reports and submit them to the concerned Head.
• To carry out any other tasks assigned by In-charge/HOD.

• Age at least 26 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Candidate should have experience in construction site work.
• Should have the ability to handle project work individually.
• Should have the ability to manage and work under pressure.
• Must have strong leadership and management skills.
• Should be energetic, confident, proactive and assertive.
• Should have a sound command of MS Office programs.

• Skills Required: Building Construction, Calculation of RCC and Steel Structure, High rise with Basement Building Construction Management.
