We are looking for an experienced IT professional to manage and support our company’s server, database, hardware, and network infrastructure. The role involves ensuring smooth system operations, maintaining IT security and compliance, and providing advanced technical support. Candidates must have strong expertise in Windows/Linux servers, networking, virtualization, and database management, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in a group of companies environment.

1. Server Administration

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file servers.

• Implement and maintain virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

• Monitor system performance, logs, and security events.

• Perform system backup, restoration, and disaster recovery planning.

2. Database Administrator (DBA)

• Database Management & Maintenance.

• Data Security & Compliance.

• Real-time backup & Disaster Recovery. (MTTR)

• Performance Tuning & Optimization.

• Support & Documentation.

3. Hardware Management

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and All-in-One PCs.

• Maintain and repair IT hardware, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

• Keep an inventory of hardware and manage the equipment lifecycle.

4. Network Administration

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks.

• Manage network switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

• Ensure network security through firewall rules, VPN configuration, and intrusion detection systems.

5. Security & Compliance

• Apply OS and firmware updates, patches, and security configurations.

• Enforce company IT security policies and access control.

• Regularly audit systems to detect and mitigate vulnerabilities.

6. Support & Documentation

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to end-users.

• Document IT procedures, network diagrams, and configurations.

• Train and guide junior IT staff when required.

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments.
• Proficiency with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security tools.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
