FoodExpo Restaurant, a growing name in the culinary scene of Bogura, is looking for an experienced and passionate Chief Chef or Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be creative, hands-on, and able to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, kitchen management, and hygiene.Job

• Lead and manage the overall kitchen operations, including food preparation, food quality, food presentation, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Develop innovative and diverse menus aligned with Foodexpo’s brand, featuring multi-cuisine offerings.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain consistent performance and promote teamwork.
• Control kitchen inventory, manage procurement, and minimize food wastage while maintaining high quality.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all dishes served.
• Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Collaborate with management for food promotions, seasonal menus, and special events.
• Handle administrative tasks related to kitchen operations, such as staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
• Continuously research, innovate, and introduce new recipes to enhance the dining experience.
• Monitor customer feedback related to food and implement necessary improvements.

• Age 22 to 40 years
• Minimum 10–15 years of professional kitchen experience, including 3–5 years as Chief Chef, Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef, preferably in a reputed restaurant or hotel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
