The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the group, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, managing financial reporting and contributing to strategic decision-making.

• Manage and oversee the financial activities of multiple wings of the group.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, tax and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Supervise the budgeting process and monitor financial performance.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Handle cash flow management and ensure optimal fund utilization.
• Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and decision-making.
• Understood commercial functions and banking.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
